Welcome to Granfjällsplatån’s most luxurious villa, boasting an attractive location and details designed to make your stay truly exceptional. Unique to this house are features such as an extra-large open fireplace, designed to be visible from the entire living room, high-quality beds and furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen with stone countertops and double ovens. This villa also has a larger living room than most other houses on Granfjällsplatån and spans a total of 154 square meters. Its unique location means you’re just a few meters away from the nearest slope, which connects to several ski lifts.
The villa is rustic yet modern, offering stunning views from Granfjällsplatån’s elevated setting. It features ski-in/ski-out access and is close to all amenities. It is adjacent to the Mountainlodge hotel, ski shop, conference facilities, restaurant, and bar, and only a short walk to Stötentorget, which includes a grocery store and the Vattufjäll complex.
The villa accommodates 10 fixed beds plus two additional sleeping spaces in a sofa bed. There are three bedrooms with double beds (two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor) and one bedroom with two bunk beds on the upper floor. A living room on the upper floor includes a sofa bed that provides two extra sleeping spaces.
There are two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a shower, sauna, and washing machine, and one on the upper floor with a bathtub and shower. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.
The dining area seats 12 people and features an open floor plan, complemented by an inviting breakfast bar that connects the kitchen to the dining space.
The spacious hallway includes double drying cabinets, and a ski storage room is located outside right by the entrance. The property offers covered parking in a carport and additional space for two cars outside. The accommodation is completely pet- and smoke-free. Electric vehicle charging is not included as it is reserved for the owner.
This accommodation is not available for conference groups. Departure cleaning must be booked through Mountainlodge at the time of reservation; self-cleaning is not permitted.
